Apollo Olive Oil is a small,
family-run business with a local focus. Our goal is to produce
flavorful and healthy olive oils in the finest tradition, with a

trees with organic, sustainable methods, harvest by hand at optimum
ripeness, and closely monitor every phase of the milling process.
Our oils are among the few in
California that are certified both organic and extra virgin. They are
raw, unadulterated, and 100% cold-pressed on the only mill in America

In 2006, Apollo Olive Oil was the
