Their own herd of water buffaloes provides a wonderfully rich milk, free of chemicals, preservatives and shelf-life enhancers. The fresh mozzarella made today, will be shipped to you tomorrow, directly from the farm. Treat yourself to the best Caprese salad of fresh mozzarella, ripe tomatoes and basil, generously doused with our Mistral.
An important note on shipping the cheese:

To ensure that the fresh cheese arrives in perfect condition, Bubalus Bubalis packs each order in a Stryofoam box with an ice pack and ships according to this plan: All orders to the Midwest and the East coast are sent UPS 2nd day or UPS. Usually the fresh cheese is shipped UPS ground within the West coast states from Monday to Wednesday. On Thursday or Friday cheese is shipped UPS next day air or next day air saver – there may be an extra charge if the cheese arrives on Saturday morning.
