Shrimp Meat and Arugola Salad
  
                               5 Servings  Preparation time - 15 minutes
  Ingredients 1lb good quality shrimp meat 1/2lb fresh arugola Juice of 1 lemon 3 tablespoons of Mistral oil salt to taste
  Wash
and spin dry the arugola. Chop it into roughly 1/4 inch pieces. Put the
shrimp and arugola in a bowl. Add the salt and lemon juice, and gently
toss it a little. Add the three tablespoons of Mistral and gently mix
the salad again. Voila!
