We charge a $10 dollar flat rate for shipping to the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada we charge what UPS ground charges us. All packages are shipped UPS ground.

If you are dissatisfied with our product you can return it unopened for a full refund. We will email you a return label at no charge. We will reship any damaged our lost packages at no cost. The refund will be issued within 7 days to the same credit card that was used for the purchase. To request a refund email us at info@apollooliveoil.com.

Most orders ship next day. Orders take 1-2 business days to ship to the west coast and 5-6 business days to ship to the east coast.

We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and Discover credit cards for payment.

For international shipping we recommend creating an account at myus.com. Their international rates are better than ours. They will assign you a US shipping address that you will use in our shopping cart. We will then ship to the US address and they will forward the package to you.
